NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL
I hereby give you notice that the meeting of ELSTOW ANNUAL GENERAL PARISH COUNCIL will be held at 7.30 pm. at Elstow Playing Field, Wilstead Road, Elstow on
TUESDAY 14th JUNE 2022
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum item Dated:

1) Welcome and Apologies for absence
2) Open Forum – Members of the Public invited to speak
3) Personal and Prejudicial Interest to be declared for the meeting
4) Planning and Development
a) Bedford Borough Council Local Plan allocations for Elstow:
• Employment allocation at land at Pear Tree Farm
• Residential allocation at Abbey Field, West of Elstow
• Raising awareness of public consultation update to include confirmation of public drop in sessions
• Engagement with the local authority Planning Policy Officers
• Collation of Council submission to consultation update
b) Update on East West Rail public events in May and Local Representatives Group latest
5) Finance matters to include:
a) Invoices to be paid
b) Consideration of taking on the defibrillator located on the High Street from Elstow WI
c) Financial monitoring review of Council expenditure and income for the financial year to date
d) Quotations for consideration to include electric supply for community cameras, commissioning of ecology report for Elstow Brook, and village gates
6) To agree the minutes of last meetings on 17th May
7) Correspondence and Information Received to include summary of items not covered on agenda, for information only
8) Close of Meeting and Future Meeting meeting schedule to be agreed
