I hereby give you notice that the meeting of ELSTOW ANNUAL GENERAL PARISH COUNCIL will be held at 7.30 pm. at Elstow Playing Field, Wilden Road, Elstow on

b) 22/01019/TELPN Installation of Fifth Generation equipment (5G) comprising a 15-metre-high monopole supporting 6 no. antennas, 4 no. equipment cabinets and development works ancillary thereto at Land At Junction Of Progress Park And Ampthill Road
c) BT Open Reach notice of telecommunications work in Elstow update
d) Bedford Borough Council Local Plan allocations for Elstow:
• Employment allocation at land at Pear Tree Farm
• Residential allocation at Abbey Field, West of Elstow
• Raising awareness of public consultation
• Collation of Council submission to consultation
7) Finance matters to include:
a) Invoices to be paid including insurance renewal
b) Review of internal audit feedback report
c) Review, approval of Annual Governance Accounts Return Section 1 and 2
d) Quotations for consideration
