I hereby give you notice that the meeting of ELSTOW PARISH COUNCIL will be held at 7.30 pm on TUESDAY 9th FEBRUARY 2021
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a virtual meeting for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

b) 20/02988/ADV Installation of one site entrance billboard, one welcome totem sign and 3 wayfinding totem signs, all non-illuminated at Village 3 Bedford Road Wixams
c) East West Rail Parish Council meeting feedback
5) Village matters to include:
a) Community safety cameras to include consideration of quotation
b) Update on further public defibrillator for the parish

a) Invoices to be paid
b) Review of Council expenditure to date for financial year 2020/21
c) To consider contributing towards Bunyan interpretation board
