NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL
I hereby give you notice that the meeting of ELSTOW PARISH COUNCIL will be held at 7.30 pm. at Elstow Playing Field, Wilstead Road, Elstow on TUESDAY 10th JANUARY 2023

5) Planning and Development
a) 22/02609/FUL Conversion and extension of existing garage to provide annexe accommodation for a cared for family member. Change of external materials to house at 15 West End
b) 22/02684/MDC3 Outline application with all matters reserved except access for removal of existing telecommunication apparatus and the development of up to 100,000 sq.ft of Warehouse Storage and Distribution (B8 use) with ancillary office space at Land West Of Interchange Way, Kempston
c) Planning applications in neighbouring parishes to be considered
6) Village matters to include: play area inspection report, tree coverage update on Progress Way, highways matters update, meetings Councillors have attended on local issues
8) Finance matters to include:
a) Invoices to be paid
b) Quotations for consideration
c) Financial monitoring review
d) Contracted services to be reviewed
e) Budget consideration and approval for 2023/24
f) Precept consideration and approval for 2023/34
9) To agree the minutes of last meetings on 22nd November
10) Correspondence and Information Received to include summary of items not covered on agenda, for information only
