I hereby give you notice that the meeting of ELSTOW PARISH COUNCIL will be held at 7.30 pm. at Elstow Playing Field, Wilden Road, Elstow on

a) Bedford Borough Council Local Plan 2040 public hearing sessions Block 2 – Elstow Parish Council representation to be confirmed
b) Update on meeting with agent regarding two sites within Elstow included in the Local Plan 2040, 400 dwellings at Land At Abbey Fields West Of Elstow and 95,000sqm of commercial floorspace at Land At Pear Tree Farm Wilstead Road
c) East West Rail final route announcement update on village leaflet
d) Planning enforcement and appeal communications to be discussed
e) Bedford Borough Council Officer communication regarding Wixams Section 106 applications 22/02544/S106A and 22/01833/DOC
6) Feedback from meetings Councillors have attended on behalf of the Parish Council – Bedfordshire Police, East West Rail, Bedford Borough Council network

8) Finance matters to include:
a) Invoices to be paid
b) Financial monitoring review
c) Quotations for consideration – to include bench improvement works, installation of Speed Indicator Devices, play area repair
