BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED

1) Welcome and Apologies for absence to be received

2) Declaration of Personal and Prejudicial Interests to be received

3) Open Forum – members of the public invited to speak

4) Planning and Development to include:

a) 24/00711/FUL Single storey rear extension, porch to main entrance and single storey side extension to form a garage at 8 Croxden Way

b) 24/00480/LBC Replacement windows and doors at 28 Bunyans Mead

c) Notification of applications in neighbouring parishes, to include: Shortstown to be considered if response should be sent relating to: 23/02783/EIA Environmental Impact Assessment Application PROPOSAL: Hybrid application for (1) Outline planning application (all matters reserved except for means of access in respect of junction arrangements onto the A600) for up to 1000 residential dwellings (including Use Classes C2/C3), a local centre, mobility hub, primary school, open space, play space, sports facilities, allotments, landscaping and associated infrastructure and works; AND, (2) Full planning permission for infrastructure works including two access points onto the A600, internal roads, pumping station, heat hub, cycleways and pedestrian routes, landscaping, drainage, lighting and other associated infrastructure and works at Land Off Canberra Road Shortstown -Case Officer feedback to be discussed

d) Rights of Way Improvement Plan Consultation to agree Parish Council response

e) Consideration of any planning applications received after the publication of the agenda

5) Finance matters to include:

a) External audit information, internal audit update

b) Drafted year end accounts

c) Invoices to be paid

d) Quotation for consideration to include – community safety cameras

6) Correspondence received to be reviewed – draft bulky waste collection schedule, street lighting communication from local authority

7) Date of Next Parish Council Meeting: Tuesday 14th May 2024 at 7.30pm Annual General Meeting
