I hereby give you notice that the meeting of ELSTOW PARISH COUNCIL will be held at 7.30 pm. at Elstow Playing Field, Wilstead Road, Elstow on
TUESDAY 11th SEPTEMBER 2023

a) Bedford Borough Council Local Plan 2040 public hearing sessions Block 2 – Elstow Parish Council representation feedback from session to include additional employment land site being considered for the Local Plan
b) Update on meeting with agent regarding two sites within Elstow included in the Local Plan 2040, 400 dwellings at Land At Abbey Fields West Of Elstow and 95,000sqm of commercial floorspace at Land At Pear Tree Farm Wilstead Road
c) 23/01306/FULWM Proposal for a new waste bin and fridge/freezer storage facility as an extension of the existing yard and installation of four leachate tanks at Elstow Landfill Site, Wilstead Road
d) 23/01867/FUL Single storey rear and side extension, loft conversion with roof lights and dormer window to front at 7 Melrose Drive
e) 23/01866/COU Change of use from Class C3 (Dwellinghouse) to Class C2 (Residential institution) at 4 Wadsworth Court
