I hereby give you notice that the Annual General meeting of ELSTOW PARISH COUNCIL will be held at
Elstow Playing Field Hall, Wilstead Road, Elstow on
TUESDAY 23rd JUNE 2026 7.00PM
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum item

a) Ratification of Parish council response to East West Rail public consultation
b) Consideration of any planning applications received after the publication of the agenda or applications in neighbouring parish
4) Bedford Borough Councillor report
5) Finance and policy matters to include:
a) Quotes for consideration – play area maintenance items
b) Invoices to be paid
c) Internal auditor report to be received
d) Year end accounts consideration to include Annual Return Section 1 and 2 completion
e) Consideration of community asset transfer
6) To agree the minutes of last meeting on 12th May
7) Correspondence and Information Received, summary of items not covered on agenda
8) Close of Meeting and Future Meeting Dates – Tuesday 28th July 2026 at 7pm
