BEDFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL LOCAL PLAN 2040 –
IMPACT ON ELSTOW
The Local Plan 2040 is out for public consultation till 5pm on 29th July. There is significant housing proposals and significant employment proposals impacting Elstow parish currently included.
To assist residents who want to find out more, to speak to Councillors, or would like some assistance with their response, the Parish Council will therefore be holding an open session on:
TUESDAY 26TH JULY from 10am to 8pm at Elstow Playing Field Hall, Wilstead Road
Resources will be available to allow residents to complete paper consultation response forms at this event.
The housing allocation site shown here is known as: Policy HOU5 ABBEY FIELD WEST OF ELSTOW to take 200 houses
The employment allocation is known as Land at Pear Tree Farm to take 20.4 hectare employment site known as Policy EMP5
