I hereby give you notice that the Annual General meeting of ELSTOW PARISH COUNCIL will be held at
Elstow Playing Field Hall, Wilstead Road, Elstow on
TUESDAY 12th MAY 2026
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum item

4) Election of Vice Chair and Parish Council appointments to outside organisations
5) Planning and Development
a) 26/00818/FUL single storey rear extension, attached garden store to side, garage conversion and extended vehicle hardstanding at 20 Tewkesbury Road
b) 26/00792/COU change of use from use Class C2 care home for adults with a learning difficulty to use Class C2 mother and baby support unit at The Lodge, Elstow Road
c) East West Rail public consultation response to be discussed and agreed
d) Consideration of any planning applications received after the publication of the agenda and applications in neighbouring parish
6) Bedford Borough Councillor report
7) Finance and policy matters to include:
a) Quotes for consideration
b) Invoices to be paid
c) Internal auditor report to be received
d) Year end accounts consideration to include Annual Return Section 1 and 2 completion
8) To agree the minutes of last meeting on 14th April
9) Correspondence and Information Received, summary of items not covered on agenda
